AUSTAR Cleanroom VHP Pass Box( also known as VHP Chamber or VHP transfer box) utilize vaporized hydrogen peroxide, which is a broad spectrum antibacterial agent. This biological decontamination process is a dry process with no condensate of active ingredients remaining on the surface. This non-condensing feature provides the added advantage of a wide range of material compatibility.

Product Specifications: 

1、The box and connecting parts are made of 304 stainless steel (or 316L if required), which is durable and has good resistance to daily disinfectants and detergents; 

2、Electromagnetic interlock, the two doors cannot be opened at the same time; 

3、Auto pressure-tight sealing door on both sides, effectively preventing gas leakage; 

4、There are two SIEMENS HMIs located on both the loading and unloading sides, allowing operations on both sides based on the client’s risk assessment; 

5、High-quality and specification components; 

6、The decontamination cycle period is within 2 hours. AUSTAR can provide VHP cycle development as per client’s specific loads;

Applications: 

Apply to the delivery of sterile APIs.
