AUSTAR Sterility Test Isolation Workstation(also known as Sterility Test Isolator , Cleanroom testing Isolator) is the latest product of AUSTAR’s containment technology, specially developed for aseptic applications, suitable for sterility testing, QC laboratories and industrial preparations. STIW provides a local Class A environment for sterility testing in Class C or D background environment,protecting operators and your products from contamination and cross-contamination.

Product Specifications: 

EU GMP/ISO compliant design: The AUSTAR STIW is a free standing isolator that has a very low leakage rate, complying with the most stringent leakage criteria as stated in ISO 14644-7; 

Turbulent or UDAF HEPA filtered airflow and positive pressure control to assure a clean and microbial-free environment for sterility testing. Grade A conditions within the critical work zones; 

Fully integrated bio-decontamina-tion system. Fast decontamination and reduce non-production downtime; 

The STIW allows for Bio-Decontami-nation of a load in the Rapid Gassing Airlock whilst the operator works in the Main Chamber; 

LED lighting color changes to indicate gassing cycle status. Energy efficient LED colored lighting to provide quick visual feedback of current STIW status.
